Scope of Coverage
Accidental damage insurance is designed to cover physical accidental damage to Xnomad products. This coverage goes beyond what is offered by standard legal and commercial warranties.

Accidental Physical Damage: Any physical damage to the insured product resulting from a sudden, unexpected, and external event is covered.


Warranty Duration
Accidental damage insurance is available with three duration options:

– 12 months
– 24 months
– 36 months

The selected duration is specified in the insurance certificate and takes effect from the purchase date of the insured product.


Territorial Coverage
The insurance is valid worldwide, providing international coverage. However, if a claim requires the return of the product, it must be handled from the country where the product was purchased. Any additional shipping costs for returns from another country, including customs duties and taxes, will be borne by the insured.


Exclusions from Coverage
Accidental damage insurance does not cover the following:

  • Normal wear and tear: Damage resulting from regular use of the product.

  • Cosmetic damage: Issues that do not affect the functionality of the product.

  • Intentional damage: Damage caused deliberately or through gross negligence by the insured.
