❌ Issue: My screen does not turn on and displays the message “No signal, go to power saving”

Updated over a week ago

This message means that the screen is not receiving any video signal. Follow the steps below to resolve the issue: GIF ANIMATION

Step 1: Use the correct USB-C cable
Connect the screen using the short USB-C cable provided in the box, identified by a label that says “video only”.

⚠️ Warning: At this stage, do not connect the screen to a power socket. It must be powered only by your computer.

Step 2: Check the port you're using
Make sure to connect the USB-C cable to the "Type C" port on the screen — not the "PD" port.

The “Type C” port is designed for video transmission.

The “PD” (Power Delivery) port is reserved for power supply and can be used as a complement if the screen lacks sufficient power or to charge your laptop.

Step 3: Install the driver (mandatory)
Regardless of your computer model, installing the driver is essential for the X3 Pro screens to function correctly.

We provide installation support tailored to each operating system (Windows, macOS, etc.).
