Return Period

Our return policy is valid for 60 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return Shipping Fees

For countries in Zone 1 (France, Belgium, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Portugal, Spain), return shipping is free of charge.
For other countries, please contact us at [email protected] to obtain the exact return shipping cost.

Product Condition

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when received. It must be returned in its original packaging, with all accessories and the user manual included. The item must also be properly packaged, as illustrated below:

Refunds

Once the returned product has been inspected and confirmed to be in acceptable condition, a refund will be issued within 15 days, minus any applicable return fees.

Non-returnable Products

All our products are eligible for return except the following:
Blue light filters and privacy screens cannot be returned if opened (i.e., protective film removed or adhesive peeled off). For hygiene and quality reasons, these items must remain sealed and unused to qualify for return.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please send an email to [email protected] stating the reason for your return. Carefully repackage the product to avoid damage during transit. We will then send you a return label and the address of our warehouse.

Return Address

The return address will be provided by email once your request has been received.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card provider — processing times may vary.
    If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at [email protected].

Damaged or Poor Condition Returns

If the item is returned damaged due to poor packaging, or in a condition that makes it unsellable, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from the refund or refuse the refund altogether.
To ensure traceability, we recommend taking photos of the packaged item, clearly showing the return label and outer packaging.
