Updated over a month ago

(Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, iTunes, Hulu, etc.)

✅ Fix video display issues on streaming platforms when using Google Chrome only
✅ Disable hardware acceleration to improve compatibility
✅ Use direct display if the issue persists

Method 1: Disable Hardware Acceleration in Google Chrome (Works only on Google Chrome)

1️⃣ Open Google Chrome and go to Settings

2️⃣ Click on “Chrome” in the top menu, then select “Preferences”

3️⃣ Turn off “Use hardware acceleration when available”

4️⃣ Click “Relaunch” to apply the changes

Method 2: Use your PC’s native display (if the issue persists)

If the black screen remains after disabling hardware acceleration:

1️⃣ Disconnect all external screens.
2️⃣ Use your PC’s built-in display.

🎯 Has this resolved the issue?
If the problem continues, try updating Google Chrome or restarting your device.
